ange baldado, MSW, MPA

ange (she/they) is a recent MSW graduate from the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work. She is currently researching the impact the social work profession has had on Transgender and Gender Non-conforming communities throughout history. Before starting the U-M MSW program, ange worked in Environmental Conservation in Colorado, as a Peace Corps Volunteer in her home country of the Philippines, and as a housing case manager for unhoused individuals with HIV/AIDS. She also has a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Analytics for Public Policy from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
