As a collective, we have a leadership model with a director and two associate directors, as well as faculty representing multiple institutions, and who bridge across disciplines, connecting and collaborating in innovative ways. We also have a gaggle of graduate students at both the doctoral and master’s level who often help to drive our work, and an amazing set of community partners and scholars who ensure our work continues to be community driven.
